SCARY

Here are the kiddos just before our ward Halloween party. Paige loved her make-up and felt very pretty. Kyle was happy with his scary appearance and Jenna was o.k. with everything. She was a bit uncomfortable with the make-up, tights and itchy cape. Her wig was too heavy and kept slipping off her head. She was a great sport about it all, though. I sewed Kyle and Jenna's costumes, so I was very proud of myself for my first attempt. They all had a terrific time at the party. They went trunk-or-treating, played carnival games and ate cotton candy - kid heaven.

Baby Taryn

Many of our extended family have not even seen a picture of Taryn. This is because until now, I did not know how to download a picture. Again, thank you Heather. Taryn is such a good baby and is so much fun. She looks a lot like Kyle when he was a baby. Everyone in our family adores her. She is three months today.

Our First Blogging Event

Heather and Phil came over for dinner tonight so that Heather could show me how to get started blogging. I am overwhelmed at the time it can take to do this, but I think it's a great way to record family events. Speaking of events, a perfect moment occurred this evening. Jenna, Kyle, Paige and Heather were jumping on the trampoline. They weren't outside for more than a couple of minutes when Jenna ran in the house half laughing - half crying. She lost the tooth that had been dangling for the past few days! This is her 4th tooth to lose (#E to be exact). She is very excited to have it gone. I hope I can get the blood stain out of her dress and I hope the tooth fairy doesn't forget to come to our house tonight. She often misses our house the first night.

By the way, thank you, Heather, for teaching me how to do this. I will try to keep up with it and hopefully get a little creative as I get more comfortable with it.
